2. What we sell

We provide a subscription-based software service that lets customers create AI chatbots, store a business knowledge base, and embed a chat widget on their own websites. Payments for paid plans are processed by our payment partner Creem (Merchant of Record). Creem may collect and process billing information under its own terms and privacy policy.

3. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address and hashed password when you register.
  • Customer content: chatbot settings, company name, knowledge base text, welcome messages, and branding choices.
  • Chat data: messages exchanged between website visitors and your chatbot, used to generate replies and (on Pro) to show conversation logs. Logs are retained for up to 90 days unless deleted earlier.
  • Usage data: monthly message counts per chatbot for plan limits.
  • Technical data: approximate timezone from the visitor’s browser for opening-hours answers; basic server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and reliability.
  • Analytics: we may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Plausible) that do not rely on advertising cookies.

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • To authenticate accounts and enforce plan limits
  • To process subscriptions via Creem
  • To generate chatbot replies using third-party AI providers (message content is sent to those providers to produce answers)

5. Roles for website visitor chats

If you embed our widget on your website, you are typically the controller of your visitors’ chat content. We act as a processor / service provider hosting and processing that content on your behalf. You are responsible for informing your visitors (e.g. via your own privacy notice) that a chatbot is used and that messages may be stored.

6. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the Service:

  • Creem — payments and subscription management
  • AI providers — to generate chatbot responses from prompts and conversation context
  • Hosting / infrastructure — to store and serve the application
  • Authorities when legally required

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Retention

  • Account data: while your account remains open, and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for legal or billing records
  • Chat messages: generally up to 90 days (configurable), then deleted through automated cleanup
  • Billing records: as required by tax and payment partners

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures such as password hashing, HTTPS (when enabled on your host), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your data may be processed in the EU and/or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
